Military/First Responders/Other Professionals
Fully Private Group (Private Pay Only): For military personnel, first responders, doctors, lawyers, pilots, and others who cannot have a mental health diagnosis reported.
This group ensures no reports on your medical records or insurance involvement. To maintain that privacy, this group is strictly self pay (out of packet expense). Sessions focus on stress management, coping skills, and personal growth in a secure, judgment-free space.
Cost: $150 for the initial assessment, then $100 per week for 8 weeks—sliding fee scale is available upon further discussion.

Court Mandated Group
Court-Mandated Group (Insurance Eligible): For individuals fulfilling court-ordered therapy who wish to use insurance. This structured program provides practical coping strategies and accountability while meeting legal requirements.

Co-Ed Group
For individuals interested in brief therapy treatment. This group brings together individuals of all genders in a supportive, structured environment to explore personal challenges, build coping skills, and foster connection. These groups provide diverse perspectives, encourage open discussions, and promote growth through shared experiences. Sessions are guided by the clinician to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive space for all members.
Members may use insurance or self pay.
